This is the pillar that I used in the previous post (with different textures), however, one of the uv points was off the UV grid and HAS caused distorted displays but now that as been fixed.. This mesh has been imported to UDK just connecting up the colour to the diffuse channel and the normal to the normal channel. In terms of creating a colour map and normal map, this isn't a problem at all
However, the textures aren't lining up properly and this comes down to the UV layout and the meshes that are been exported back and forth from MAYA and Zbrush; the next task is to figure out what is causing the UV coordinates to off-set when the textures are being applied. This in turn will be brought back into UDK for further testing.
